REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and Refund Policy – Brand Craft Provisions

CANCELLATION: Brand Craft Provisions reserves the right to terminate any project, regardless of the circumstances.

A. Clients may place any project on hold for a maximum of one month. If the client remains unreachable after the hold period, the project will be canceled and no refund will be provided.
B. A project cannot be canceled after three revision requests have been submitted.
C. Refund requests must be submitted before a project has progressed beyond three revisions.
D. If a fraudulent card is used for payment, the project will be terminated.

Clients may request a refund at any time they deem appropriate, subject to the terms of the refund policy.

REFUND POLICY:

A. Brand Craft Provisions will offer a 100% refund for any project not initiated within 10 days of purchase. However, once the initial concept has been delivered, any refund request will be prorated, deducting processing fees and production costs incurred. A refund will not be considered if:

i. A request for revisions has been made, as this signifies project continuation.
ii. The client has been unresponsive for more than 10 days.
iii. The client has availed a discounted or promotional offer.
iv. The project is marked for urgent completion.
v. A dispute has been filed.
vi. The project is outsourced by a third party.
vii. Issues arise that are unrelated to the company or project.
viii. There is disagreement with business partners, change of mind, or hiring of another company for the same project.
ix. The project involves services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), or other ongoing digital marketing services, which are non-refundable once work has begun. This is due to the nature of these services, as the efforts and resources allocated are immediate and continuous.
x. The project involves consultation services, which are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

B. Once a refund has been issued, the client is not entitled to use any concepts or designs provided by Brand Craft Provisions. Legal action will be taken if such material is used.

C. Duplicate payments will be refunded 100%, without delay.
