The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by BrandCraft Provisions.
Revision Policy
Revisions depend on the package selected. Clients can request unlimited free amendments at no extra charge, provided the design and concept remain consistent. The standard revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Refund Policy
Deposited funds are non-refundable once initial designs and concepts are approved or if changes are requested, unless BrandCraft Provisions cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than your breach or failure to act.
Refunds are arranged as follows:
- Full Refund: If the refund request is made before the initial design concepts are delivered (less a 25% administration and processing fee).
- 45% Refund: If the refund request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery (less a 25% administration and processing fee).
- 25% Refund: If the refund request is made between 48-96 hours after the initial design delivery (less a 25% service & processing fee).
- No refunds will be issued after 96 hours from the initial design delivery.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer has been inactive for 7 working days. A fee will be charged to restart the order.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer is unresponsive for 5 working days.
All refund requests should be directed to our support department. BrandCraft Provisions reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not provided once final files have been delivered.
For website bundles, no refund will be provided once the initial design mock-up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with the client’s approval.
How to Claim Your Refund

Once a refund is processed, the rights to any design created will be transferred back to BrandCraft Provisions, and you will no longer have legal rights to use any version of the design sent to you by the company.

The “My Account” section serves as a convenient way to communicate with us. It is your responsibility to check the account section regularly for questions, queries, or instructions for our design team. Failure to do so may impact refund eligibility.

Our designers follow the specifications provided by the client in the order form. All designs are created after thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.

Domain and Hosting
Domain and hosting are included at no cost with applicable packages. Any email accounts provided with the website package can be configured with third-party email software like Outlook. If you opt out of hosting your website with us, email accounts will not be provided.
Delivery Policy
All design files are delivered via the “My Account” section on the date specified in the “Order Confirmation.” An email will also be sent to inform you about the delivery. Customized design orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 days after the order is received. We offer a rush delivery service for an additional fee.
Record Maintenance
We archive your final design after delivering your final files. If you need the files again, we can resend them via email upon request.
Customer Support
We provide 24-hour customer support to assist with any questions or queries. Contact us at any time, and we will respond promptly.
Correspondence Policy
BrandCraft Provisions is not liable for any correspondence from email addresses that do not belong to our domain, such as “info@brandcraftprovisions.com.” We only take responsibility for correspondence from our official email addresses or via the toll-free number listed on our website.

All logos and designs are produced from scratch. We guarantee that our designs adhere to your design brief. If any design is found to be considerably similar to another, we will provide a new logo or design.
Reactivation Policy
If the client remains unresponsive for a month or more, the project will be considered closed. A reactivation fee will be applied to restart the project.
User Content
Your user content must not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of third parties. BrandCraft Provisions reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website.
Limitations of Warranty and Liability
This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties. BrandCraft Provisions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses. These limitations of liability apply even if BrandCraft Provisions has been advised of potential loss.
Exceptions
Nothing in this disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law or BrandCraft Provisions’ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Clause of Use
If a project remains inactive for at least 30 days without written communication, it will be deemed closed.
Closed Projects
A project will be considered closed if it has been delivered in full or if no claim is made within 60 days. BrandCraft Provisions will not be liable after this period.
Content Policy
For standard website and resume designs, all content (images, headings, copy, text, etc.) must be provided by the client. For e-commerce websites, BrandCraft Provisions will provide up to 10 to 30 sample products.
Limitations of Warranty
BrandCraft Provisions makes no warranties regarding the availability of this website or the information provided. The website is provided “as is.”
Other Parties
You agree not to bring any claims personally against the officers or employees of BrandCraft Provisions.
Unenforceable Provisions
If any provision of this disclaimer is deemed unenforceable under applicable law, the other provisions will remain in effect.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BrandCraft Provisions against any losses resulting from your breach of these terms and conditions.
